Designer Events extensively promotes their events through a diverse range of media to deliver maximum attendance and success for all exhibitors.
We promote our events through television (3 Stations), local press advertising, radio, outdoor advertising (signs & banners), flyers and posters both before and during the events.
We are focused on providing an avenue for exhibitors to promote their products and services, whilst also providing the public with an opportunity to access such products and services.
Who can apply?
Any person or business offering a product or service relative to one of our events may apply to be an exhibitor.
We believe in offering a diverse range of exhibits at our events, providing attendees with a thorough selection of informative and interesting exhibits.
Management reserves the right to accept or decline any application.
Designer Events will offer exhibitors their site back at the conclusion of each event. New applications are processed upon receipt of the necessary paperwork and deposit. A booking form does not automatically secure a site. Bookings will be confirmed subject to our discretion.
No sub-letting of sites is allowed and all exhibitors must be listed on the application form.

Payment options include cash, direct deposit, cheque, masterCard or Visa. If paying by direct deposit, please ensure your name is in the description.
Overnight security will be supplied at each event, being either security patrols or surveillance cameras.
Occupational Health and Safety
All exhibitors are required to abide by OH&S at all venues. Care is to be taken when setting up your site, including the use of ladders and running cords.
All exhibitors must have Public Liability insurance to the value of $10,000,000 and a copy of the certificate of currency must be provided to Designer Events with your application.
